A-Tech’s Care Solution
This is our basic monitoring-only package that provides 24/7/365 monitoring of your computers for your business. If our state-of-the-art monitoring software detects something wrong with your computers, we will send you an email if it is minor or give you a call if we believe it is something that could immediately affect your business.
Our Care Solution includes the following features:
- Constant Monitoring - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have you covered.
- Preventive Maintenance of Your Computers - Ensure your computers run their best, every day.
- Discounted Remote Support - Many issues can be fixed remotely, we will fix these at a discounted rate that is lower than our on-site fee.
- Discounted On-Site Support - Some things cannot be fixed remotely, we will come on-site at a discounted price.

Maybe your business needs a little more help. Our Care+ solution offers all the features of our basic Care solution with the added benefit of unlimited remote support and an even greater discount from our normal on-site prices.
